Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for EventCraft paid subscriptions.
1. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (for example monthly or annually). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle unless you cancel.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel from Billing in your account at any time. When you cancel:
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after that.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period; upgrades apply immediately and are prorated where applicable.
3. Refunds
Because access is granted immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund where:
- You were charged in error or charged twice;
- A confirmed billing fault on our side prevented you from using a paid feature;
- A refund is required under Sri Lankan consumer law.
4. Free plan
The free plan requires no payment, so no refund applies. You can stop using it at any time.
5. Vendor payments
Payments between planners and vendors are arranged directly with the vendor and are outside this policy. Vendor commission and credit terms are set out in the Vendor Terms.
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@dtkholdings.com from your account email within 14 days of the charge, with your invoice number. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
