Vendor Terms

These Vendor Terms apply in addition to our Terms & Conditions if you list a business on the EventCraft marketplace.

1. Your listing

  • You confirm that your business details, packages, pricing, and media are accurate and that you have the right to use any images you upload.
  • You are solely responsible for the services you provide to planners.

2. Verification

We may verify vendor profiles before they appear in search. Verification does not mean we endorse or guarantee a vendor.

3. Quotes and bookings

Quotes you send and bookings you accept are agreements between you and the planner. EventCraft is not a party to them and is not responsible for performance, payment, or disputes between you and a planner.

4. Commission, points, and credit

Where commission, points, or a credit account apply to your account, the current rates and thresholds are shown in your vendor dashboard. You agree to settle any outstanding commission due to the platform on time. We may pause a listing with an overdue balance.

5. Conduct

Respond to planners professionally and honour the quotes and bookings you confirm. Misleading listings, no-shows, or repeated complaints may lead to removal from the marketplace.

6. Termination

You may remove your listing at any time. We may remove a listing that breaches these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
