2. Vendors are independent

EventCraft is a marketplace. Vendors listed on the Platform are independent third parties. We do not provide their services, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of anything a vendor agrees to provide. Any contract for vendor services is between you and the vendor.

3. Your content and decisions

You are responsible for the accuracy of your event details, guest data, and the planning decisions you make using the Platform.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DTK Holdings (Pvt) Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or loss of data, profit, or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

The Platform may link to third-party sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
