Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out what is and isn't allowed on EventCraft. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
You must not
- Break any applicable law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Upload content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages to guests or vendors.
- Upload contact details you are not entitled to use.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform without our written permission.
- Upload viruses or malicious code, or scrape the Platform with automated tools.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
Messaging and guests
When you invite guests or message vendors, do so only for genuine event purposes. Repeated abuse, complaints, or fraud may lead to suspension.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Serious violations may be reported to the authorities.
